Performance 

This phone's comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor. It comes with 6GB of RAM. The Poco X3 Pro runs Android 11 and is powered by a 5160mAh battery. The Poco X3 Pro supports proprietary fast charging. Which allow you to run app a good speed with good refresh rate. 

Camera 

It comes with 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture, and an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 20-megapixel camera on the front for selfies which decent but at this price range some mobile give far more superior camera quality than this.  So it really depends.
